Newly enrolled full-time students: A non-refundable $500 fee ($200 registration + $300 curriculum) is due at the time of acceptance.

Newly enrolled hybrid students: A non-refundable $500 fee ($200 registration + $300 curriculum) is due at the time of acceptance.

All returning students: A non-refundable $300 curriculum fee is due in March, at the time of registration renewal.

Membership fee invoicing is done via 9 monthly installments (please check):

PreK 3

5 full days: $1161 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

5 half days: $634 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1

3 full days: $697 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

3 half days: $443 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

2 full days: $464 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

2 half days: $295 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

PreK 4

5 days: $950 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

3 days: $570 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

2 days: $380 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

Elementary/Middle

5 days: $633 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1)

3 days: $485 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1) *students will have at-home work to be completed.

2 days: $360 invoiced on the 1st of the month (9/1 thru 5/1) *students will have at-home work to be completed.

Invoices are created and auto-scheduled for the school year based off of choice(s) above.

Payment Options:

All invoices are sent via email. You may pay the invoice directly through email with a debit/credit card or send in check/cash.

Credit Card Charge:

A 2.8% service charge will automatically be added to invoices to cover the debit/credit card fees. If you plan to send in cash/check (preferred), disregard the service fee.

A $20 late fee will be added to the third reminder email of an outstanding invoice..

A child will be removed from membership at GVA if there are more than 4 weeks of outstanding invoices.

In the event of an unplanned occurrence and GVA needs to close for an extended period of time, membership fees cannot be refunded. If numerous inclement weather closures occur, days may be made up in June.
